- Why can't I add an article to my shopping cart?
The error message: "Sorry, but the Product you've requested wasn't found!" appears, and you cannot add the product to your shopping cart. Please select both a size and/or color of the item as well as the shipping method drop down menu to appear. Then, click "Add to Cart." The error message should disappear. If you are still having problems, please call us toll-free at 1-866-K9-CARTS (1-866-592-2787). - Why can't I add a product to my cart?
The error message: "Info: To add this product into your cart you have to select a product variant on the details page." appears, and you cannot add the product to your shopping cart. Please wait after you have selected the size or color of the item for the shipping method drop down menu to appear. Then, click "Add to Cart." The error message should disappear. If you are still having problems, please call us toll-free at 1-866-K9-CARTS (1-866-592-2787). - Can I still get a refund after 10 days?
Accessories must be returned in 10 days (excluding shipping time) in new condition to receive a refund. If accessory items are exchanged for another size, a restocking fee will typically not be charged. Our goal with K-9Cart.com dog wheelchairs is to have your pet comfortably fitted within 10 days. We are happy to extend the 10-day trial period if you have been in contact with us and are making sincere attempts to resolve any problems you are encountering. We encourage all K-9Cart.com dog wheelchair owners to send digital photos (a side and rear view at the dog's level as well as a top or aerial view) for a free evaluation of your dog cart's fit by our expert veterinary staff. - Do I pay additional shipping for accessories when I order a K-9 Cart Dog Wheelchair?
No! If you are willing to wait a few days for us to build your K-9 Cart Dog wheelchair, we will ship your accessory items, e.g., boots, diapers, wheelchair diapers, protect-a-pet drag bags, etc., with your dog wheelchair. Our shopping cart will still charge you for shipping, but we will remove this charge before we process your credit card. Dog beds are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and there will be an extra shipping charge. If you want your accessory items earlier, just make a note when you order online, and we will ship them separately for a slight additional charge. - Do I have to pay shipping for each item?
Our shopping cart is not smart enough and adds an extra shipping charge for each item. However, if you are ordering multiple accessories, such as diapers and a harness or diapers and boot, we will attempt to ship as many items together for a single shipping charge (usually $7.50 or $10 depending on the largest item.) After you place your order, we will reduce the shipping charge as much as possible by shipping multiple items together. The checkout total for shipping is always an estimate and usually a worst-case estimate if you are in the USA. - Where do I enter my pet's measurements?
Normally, when you register online, we will ask for your billing information and pet's measurements. If this is your first order, you will be prompted to fill in a form with your pet's measurements before you can complete your checkout.
Did you register before you had your pet's measurements and now when you place your order you cannot figure out how to enter them? Fear not. During checkout, you will be given the opportunity to change your billing information and enter your pet's measurements. If you have ordered from us previously, we will contact you for new pet measurements.
- I still can't figure out how to enter my pet's measurements?
Did you order something and never enter your pet's information? Just go to the customer login and login. Then select, "Account Information" on the left hand "User Menu." Select "Billing Information and Pet Measurements" to see the information that you have entered. Scroll down and now enter any missing information.
- I still can't seem to order online, what do I do?
